What We Collect
When you place an order, we collect the recipient's mailing address, your payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your full card number), and optionally your email address for order confirmation.
We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and debugging purposes.
How We Use It
Mailing addresses are used solely to print and mail your postcard via our printing partner (Lob.com). We do not sell, rent, or share addresses with any third party beyond what is necessary to fulfill your order.
Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe. We store only a payment confirmation ID.
Data Retention
Order records (including the postcard front image and recipient address) are retained for 90 days for customer service purposes, then deleted.

Lob.com — print and mail fulfillment. See lob.com/privacy.
Unsplash / Pexels — stock photo APIs used to fetch background photos. No personal data is shared with them.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your order data at any time by emailing misprint@johnmjenkins.art. Note that once a postcard has been submitted to print, the recipient address cannot be recalled from the postal system.
