The Service
Misprint is a print-and-mail postcard service. You create an image, write a message, provide a mailing address, pay $4.99, and we print a 4×6" postcard on cardstock and mail it via USPS.
No Refunds After Submission
Once your order is submitted, it enters our printing pipeline immediately. We cannot cancel or refund orders after submission. Please double-check your address and message before confirming payment.
If your postcard is lost in transit or arrives severely damaged, contact us at misprint@johnmjenkins.art and we will make it right.
Content Policy
You are responsible for the content you submit. You may not use Misprint to send postcards containing: illegal content, threats or harassment, obscene material, or content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates this policy. If an order is cancelled before printing due to a content violation, a refund will be issued. No refund is available once printing begins.
Delivery
Postcards are mailed via USPS First Class Mail. Typical delivery is 5–10 business days after order submission. International delivery is not currently supported — US addresses only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or incorrect addresses provided by the user. Please verify your recipient's address before ordering.
Pricing
The current price is $4.99 per postcard, inclusive of printing, postage, and handling. Prices may change with notice.
Limitation of Liability
Misprint's liability is limited to the price paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
